Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the A Girl and a Pot website and the placement of orders for custom baked goods, catering, and prepared food. By submitting an order or contacting us through this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders & Availability

All menu items, flash-sale offerings, and weekly specials are subject to availability and may sell out or change without notice. Placing an order is a request, not a guaranteed sale, until Dana confirms it personally. Flash-sale items are first come, first served.

2. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are listed on each order page and are subject to change. Delivery fees, where applicable, are calculated based on distance and order total.
• Orders over $30 qualify for free delivery within the delivery area. Otherwise delivery fees are: 0–5 miles $3 · 5–10 miles $5 · 10–15 miles $8 · 15–20 miles $10.
• Accepted payment methods are listed on each order form (for example, Cash, Cash App, or Apple Pay). Payment is arranged and confirmed directly with Dana.

3. Pickup & Delivery

• Pickup is available from our kitchen location during posted hours. The earliest pickup time is 30 minutes after you place your order.
• Delivery is offered within a 20-mile radius of our kitchen. Delivery distance is calculated automatically from the address you provide.
• Please provide accurate pickup or delivery details. We are not responsible for delays or spoilage caused by incorrect information or missed pickups.

4. Custom Orders & Events

Custom baked goods and event catering are quoted individually based on your vision, guest count, and dietary needs. We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance. Once a quote is accepted, Dana will outline any deposit or confirmation steps required to hold your date.

5. Dietary Requests & Allergens

All food is handcrafted in a kitchen that handles common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts. While we do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions, we cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment. Please disclose any allergies in your order notes.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Because every item is made fresh to order, cancellations may be limited once preparation has begun. Flash-sale items are non-refundable once claimed. If there is an issue with your order, contact Dana directly at team@agirlandapot.com and we will make it right.

7. Use of This Site

You agree to provide accurate contact and order information and to use the site only for legitimate inquiries and orders. We may restrict access for abuse, fraud, or misuse.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
